Cut the stem of lheswe (without removing cap)
Boil Lheswe in water for approx. 10 minutes
Take out lheswe from water and let them dry
Peel off the kairi and mash it with ‘kaddu kas’
Mix mashed kairi with lheswe and mix 1 packet achar masala in it and put in a Jar.
Now boil some edible oil, let it cool down to normal temperature and pour it in Jar so that mixed Lheswe pieces can get immersed in oil completely and oil remains on the top, i.e above Lheswe pieces.
