Wash 1 Kg Lemon with fresh water and dry properly with clean cloth
Cut the lemon in 4 pieces and draw out seeds from lemon.
Mix 1 packet of Nimbu Achar Masala with lemon pieces and put in a Jar
Now put the closed jar for 20-25 days so that the masala is properly absorbed in lemons and lemons get softend. Tasty lemon pickle is ready.
For Sweet lemon pickle, add 500 gm. Sugar and keep the jar in Sunlight for 5-6 days.
