Cut Raw Mango (Kairi) into small pieces.
Add ‘Amer Kila Roasted Achar Masala’ to it .
Put these pieces of Raw Mango (Kairi ) mixed with Achar Masala in a Jar and keep the Jar in Sunlight for 2-3 days.
Now boil some edible oil, let it cool down to normal temperature and pour it in Jar so that mixed Kairi pieces can get immersed in oil completely and oil remains on the top, above kairi pieces.
