Ingredients

  • 1 Kg. Kair
  • 1 Ltr. Salty Chhach (Butter Milk)
  • 1 packet of Amer Kila Roasted Achar Masala
  • Edible Oil like Mustard Oil or Groundnut oil

PREPERATION METHOD

Step 1

keep Kair in salty ‘Chhachh’ for a week.

Step 2

After that Wash them and let them dry.

Step 3

Then mix ‘Amer Kila Roasted Achar Masala’ to it.

Step 4

Now add requisite quantity of boiled edible oil after it cools down.
